Chestnut Cream

Kikera Amaretto filled with whipped chestnut cream, decorated with candied chestnut and isomalt strands.

Whipped Chestnut Cream With Rum


  • Chestnut cream 200 g
  • Butter oil 200 g
  • Vanilla pod 1 pz
  • 70% Rhum 30 cc


Gently mix the chestnut cream with the softened butter and the seeds from the vanilla pod in a food mixer for at least 5 minutes. At the end of this process, add the rum and tip the mixture straight into the Kikera Amaretto.


Tip the cream into the Kikera Amaretto, decorate with a piece of candied chestnut and a few isomalt strands
